So, if you ever need an authentic recipe for a famous Russian beet soup borscht – you know who to ask!
BRIANNE ROGERS DUGAN
Bree has been a loyal customer since her sister Kami’s premier in the (in)famous ‘Truck Commercial.’ As a strategic consultant, she is having a blast dialing in processes and helping Calhoun to identify and achieve goals. Basically, every day of ‘work’ feels a heck of a lot more like ‘play’ – the way it ought to be! In the fall, she can be found upland bird and waterfowl hunting with her black lab, Scully. She lives in Bozeman with her husband, John “the Duges” Dugan.
Kathy brings more than a decade of experience as an award-winning journalist to the team and is devoted to telling the Red Ants Pants story on every platform, including campfire sing-a-longs. Kathy and her husband, Joe, consider themselves blessed to be raising their two young children in Western Montana. They can be spotted playing in the dirt, camping, floating & fishing the Blackfoot & Bitterroot Rivers.
Annie Bailey is a photographer, artist, and graphic designer, as well as a native Montanan. She grew up on her family’s ranch just outside of White Sulphur Springs and knew from an early age that a life in the creative field was what she was going to pursue. Annie attended the Art Institute of Colorado, living in Denver for several years before moving back to Montana, where she is most at home. Her childhood spent admiring the landscapes and seasons of Montana’s countryside has influenced her art and design greatly and she enjoys mixing her traditional roots with modern design.
Natalie Gilmer is our faithful accountant. She earned her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Montana State University in 2006. Once upon a time, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in our fine community and thoroughly enjoys being involved in our community again. She now lives in Bozeman with her handsome husband and two young sons.
Contract Production Manager
Rose has worked in various facets of the outdoor and apparel industries since 2004. She first got into the industry sewing bags in Portsmouth, NH and since has worked in pattern making, apparel and technical product development, and production management. She enjoys roaming the mountains of Montana in all seasons.
Aka: Nellie Bellie, our faithful shop dog and dear friend. Border Collie, Australian Shepherd and Heeler, she does a terrific job of herding Magpie. She will often be found in the front shop window, and no…the little doggie in the window is most definitely not for sale. But she will give you plenty of loving when you come visit.
Oh if cats could be human….this feline has more character than most. Perhaps it’s her mustache, perhaps just her crazy spirit. She will happily greet you in the shop with full volume hellos…until Nellie herds her away from the attention.
BOARD OF ADVISORS
LEFT TO RIGHT: Sarah Hamlen, Alan Deibert, Richard Siberell, Sarah Calhoun, Mark Terwilliger
Here at Red Ants Pants we believe in mentors. We have learned that it is a really good idea to ask for help from the wise folks who have paved the way before us. We have annual board meetings and regular gatherings, often floating the beautiful Yellowstone River. This board has so much incredible skill and experience in business planning, product design, sourcing, and production, and we are constantly humbled by their generosity.
